Debbie’s real estate career spans over 20 years and brings to light her ability to succeed, even in challenging markets. Through these times she relied on her instinct to listen and understand her client’s needs. In addition to her career as a Realtor, Debbie spent 10 years as a Senior Appraiser with Canada Mortgage and Housing. Debbie is also a retired member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada where she held the AACI designation and was awarded the Award of Excellence in her class. Over the years she has built her business on excellent customer service with a keen sense for detail and vision ensuring real estate transactions are as smooth as possible. Debbie enjoys helping others in her spare time, lending a hand fundraising for animal rescues and community events. Even with her busy schedule, though, she is never too busy for your referrals.
